Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration

To provide more comprehensive care, the Presbyterian Medical Group has placed behavioral health clinicians in ten primary and two specialty care sites in the central New Mexico region.  These clinicians are only able to see patients assigned to a primary care provider at those clinics.

If you would like to see the behavioral health clinician listed at your clinic, please contact your primary care provider for a referral. If you do not have a primary care provider at one of these clinics and are in need of behavioral health care, please call 505-291-5300 to inquire about an appointment with a behavioral health clinician at our specialty clinics on the Kaseman campus.
