Presbyterian Española Hospital
Presbyterian Española Hospital is an 80-bed general and acute care hospital located in Española, New Mexico, approximately 90 miles north of Albuquerque. Presbyterian Española Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals.
Our goal has been to provide the finest care and service possible since we first opened in 1948.
Over the years, we have expanded to meet the growing needs of the Española Valley, Rio Arriba County and northern New Mexico. Our Community
Española, New Mexico sits in the northern Rio Grande Valley between the Jemez Mountains and Sangre de Cristo mountain ranges. The communities of Chimayo, Alcalde, Velarde, Hernandez, Truchas, Cordova, Dixon, Chama, Santa Fe, Taos, Tierra Amarilla, La Puebla and Arroyo Seco are all in close proximity. Española was founded in 1598 by Spain as the first capital of New Mexico and is often referred to as "The Jewel of Northern New Mexico."
