Laughter is the Best Medicine Benefit
This year the event benefited the Cancer Center and Critical Needs at Presbyterian.
The Cancer Center at Presbyterian has a team of over 200 caregivers and includes 100 physicians in different specialties. The Center provides both inpatient and outpatient care and our services currently include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hematology, surgery and rehabilitation. In April 2007, Presbyterian enhanced its cancer services by opening the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Radiation Treatment Center on the Kaseman Campus, incorporating the latest in research and treatment options. The generosity of our donors will increase these treatment options and make life better for so many affected by this disease.
