Thank you for enrolling in Presbyterian's Specialty Care Pharmacy program. We look forward to helping you with your medication needs.
Your Next Order
A Specialty Care Pharmacy customer service representative will call you for your next order approximately one week before you need a refill.
He or she will:
- Review your medications and ask about any changes.
- Discuss when and where to send your medications.
At that time, you can speak with a clinical pharmacist to review your medications and discuss any questions you may have.
If we do not reach you, we will leave a message. Please return our call as soon as possible, 1-855-775-7737. This will help us to send your medications in time.
Your medications will be shipped to you at no extra cost (usually with UPS). We will set up a delivery date based on when you need your medications. If you wish, we can send an email message to you with the UPS tracking number. Once you have received your order, please open immediately and place refrigerated items in a properly refrigerated storage area.
Please call us if you are down to a 5-day supply of your medication and have not yet heard from us. We do not want you to run out of medication.
You will then receive refill reminders from us monthly.
