Presbyterian's Specialty Care Pharmacy will provide the personalized pharmaceutical care patients need to improve our compliance and outcomes.
Convenient pharmacy services include:
- Express shipping to homes or physician offices.
- Convenient refill reminder program.
- Detailed instruction and materials for self-administration.
- Access to an on-call pharmacist 24/7.
- Insurance claims assistance.
- Coordination of care with the physician’s offices.
Auto Refill Reminder Program: We call, email, or text before a refill is due to arrange for the refill shipment and to find out what supplemental supplies are needed.
Adherence Checks: A clinical pharmacist will provide complete drug counseling, personal support and regular contact through our refill reminder program to encourage our patients to adhere to their treatment regimen.
Our pharmacists can educate new patients on how to use, store, and administer their medication, as well as help set reasonable expectations for their therapy.
If a medication needs to be injected, a provider can order a pharmacy site consultation visit to instruct the patient how to administer the therapy.
We offer our patients a variety of educational resources including access to an on-call pharmacist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
