Dennis Batey, M.D. joined Presbyterian Health Plan as President in November 2007. Dr. Batey has a distinguished record of service in leadership roles in health care, most recently as Chief Medical Officer for Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) in Worcester, Massachusetts. Prior to his current role at FCHP, Dr. Batey was the President of the Preferred Health Network of Maryland. From 1989 to 1997 Dr. Batey held several positions with FHP International, including Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Utah and New Mexico operations. In addition to his years of experience as a physician executive, Dr. Batey has also practiced medicine in Alaska, both with the United States Public Health Service and in private practice. |

Dennis Angellis, MD joined Presbyterian Health He has been in the clinical practice of Internal Medicine since 1982, and currently sees patients at Presbyterian Medical Group, Montgomery Health Center of Albuquerque. Dr. Angellis is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He also completed eight years of research at Tufts Medical School Cancer Research Center prior to entering Medical School. |

Ms. Farrell is a Certified Public Accountant in New Mexico. |

Diane Hice began with Presbyterian Health Plan in 1995 as Manager of Health Services and was promoted to Director for Health Services for all product lines in 2000. She has served in her current position as Vice President of Medical Services since 2007. Diane has over 37 years of healthcare experience including ten years as a family and pediatric nurse practitioner and five years as a public health nurse. She founded Home Health and Hospice Agency at UNMH in 1985 and and was their director for seven years. Prior to joining Presbyterian, Diane was Manager of Patient Care Management at FHP. |

Mary Eden Mary Eden has been employed by Presbyterian Health Plan since 1992 and was promoted to Executive Director of Medicaid Programs in 1998. She has extensive knowledge of the unique attributes of Medicaid program operations and regulations, and was instrumental in the implementation of the SALUD! managed care program in 1997. In 2008, Ms. Eden was promoted to Vice President of Government Programs and now oversees both Medicaid and Medicare operations. She has worked in the New Mexico health care arena since 1981. Prior to employment at Presbyterian Health Plan, Ms. Eden served as the Medical Assistance Manager for the University of New Mexico Hospital, where she developed and implemented a comprehensive program that assisted the uninsured and under-insured in obtaining medical coverage though various entitlement programs, including Medicaid. She serves as an appointed member of the Medicaid Advisory Committee representing the SALUD! managed care organizations and is a Board Member of Safer New Mexico Now. |
