Jayne McCormick, MDJayne_McCormick_SM
Chief Medical Officer, Central Delivery System

Dr. Jayne McCormick joined Presbyterian in 2011 from Alegent Health in Omaha, Nebraska where she served as Chief Quality Officer/Chief Medical Officer for two of their nine facilities. Prior to her service at Alegent, Dr. McCormick had 12 years of experience in private practice, and, prior to medical school, practiced as a registered nurse in the burn unit at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. 

She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College, her master's of business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her bachelor’s of science in nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She has held multiple elected medical staff positions and is board certified in general surgery and hospice/palliative care medicine. 
 

David Arredondo, MDDr. David Arredondo
Executive Medical Director, Presbyterian Medical Group


Dr. Arredondo received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.  He completed an internship and his residency at the Hospital of St. Rafael in New Haven, Connecticut.  Dr. Arredondo has been a Diplomat to the American Board of Surgery since 1989 and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Arredondo was a General Surgeon in private practice for over twenty years. He served in the Air Force reserves as a major and was on active duty during Desert Storm.  Dr. Arredondo has served on numerous medical staff and executive committees at Presbyterian and is currently the Presbyterian Central New Mexico (PCNM) Medical Staff President, Chair of the Medical Executive Committee, and a member of the PCNM Community Board of Trustees. 

Bo Beames
Administrator, Socorro General Hospital

Bo Beames has served as Socorro General Hospital's Administrator since July 2006. Previously, he served as Administrator of Dr. Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital in Tucumcari.

Mr. Beames is a native of Hobbs. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and holds a master's degree from University of North Texas, and a master's in business administration from University of South Dakota.

Prior to his service at Presbyterian, Mr. Beames served as Administrative Director of Black Hills Rehabilitation Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota. He began his career in healthcare management at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

He is credentialed as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

 

Doyle Boykin, RNDoyle Boykin photo for web
Administrator, Presbyterian Hospital

Doyle Boykin received his master's degree from University of New Mexico.  He has been employed at Presbyterian since 1987 when he began as a graduate nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool and then in the Intensive Care Recovery Room.  Following this, Mr. Boykin transitioned to the Emergency Department and served as a staff nurse, charge nurse, chief flight nurse, and manager prior to becoming Director of Emergency Services. 


In 2002, he transitioned to the Information Services Department as the Clinical Process Manager for the Horizon project.  Following this, he was promoted to Director of Nursing Practice, Development and Informatics. 

In late 2007, after completing the Executive Excellence program at Presbyterian, Mr. Boykin was appointed Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for the Central New Mexico Delivery System Hospitals. He has served as the Administrator of Presbyterian Hospital and currently serves as the Administrator of Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital.

Clay HoldermanClay Holderman
Chief Operating Officer, Central Delivery System

Clay Holderman serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Central Delivery System.  He was charged with developing the Presbyterian Rust Medical Center and has served as the Administrator of Presbyterian Hospital.  Prior to joining Presbyterian, Mr. Holderman served as Chief Executive Officer of Lovelace Westside Hospital and Lovelace Medical Center.  He  earned a master’s of business administration from Colorado State University and is an Alumni of Texas A&M University.  He has over 15 years experience in hospital administration and physician recruitment in Texas, Kentucky and New Mexico.   

His accomplishments include multiple hospital construction and development projects, the development of two Open Heart Surgery programs, an Oncology Center of Excellence, and the recruitment of over 90 physicians to rural locations across the U.S.  His proudest achievement is that every facility he has led has been awarded with pinnacle recognition by its parent company for “Best” or “Most Improved” for specific categories.  He is involved in his community and has served as an examiner for Quality New Mexico, chair of a giving section for the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way, and on the board of the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce.  

 

Lance Labine
Administrator, Dr. Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital

Lance Labine joined Presbyterian in 2010 as Administrator of Dr. Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital. Mr. Labine had more than 23 years of administrative leadership experience in the healthcare industry prior to joining Presbyterian, specifically in critical access hospitals. Throughout his career, he has been an administrator, co-administrator, assistant administrator, assistant controller, internal auditor and auditor. He has experience managing and leading facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia.

He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho and his master’s degree in health services administration from George Washington University in Washington D.C.

Administrator, Presbyterian Rust Medical Center

Jeff McBee joined Presbyterian in 2012 and is the Administrator of the Presbyterian Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho.  He earned a master’s in business administration and a master’s in health administration from the University of Missouri.  He has over 14 years of experience in hospital administration, including positions at the Guthrie Healthcare System, Duke University Health System and Parkland Hospital and Health System.  He most recently served as Vice President of Hospital Operations at Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix, Arizona.
 
Mr. McBee has significant experience in healthcare administration, including clinical ancillary services,  cath lab and interventional radiology, pediatric practice management, supply chain and hospital operations.

Administrator, Presbyterian Hospital

Sandra Podley joined Presbyterian in 2012 and is the Administrator of Presbyterian Hospital. Ms. Podley came to Presbyterian from Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where she served as Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to her service at Havasu Regional Medical Center, she served in leadership positions in New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center and Los Alamos Medical Center.

She received her master’s degree in religious education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree from Baylor University.
 

Brenda Romero, RNRomero, Brenda, Espanola Board 2012
Administrator, Española Hospital

Brenda Romero has over 25 years experience in nursing.  As Administrator and previous Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Española Hospital, Ms. Romero dedicated her personal and professional life toward enriching the health and well being of northern New Mexico and is well known for her volunteer work to address the serious and ever-growing problem of drug addition and domestic violence in Española.

She is a life-long northern New Mexico resident and serves on a number of boards and committees within the hospital and community, including the Nursing Department Advisory Board for Northern New Mexico College, as Vice President of the Rio Arriba Health Community Council, and as a member of the Española Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  She previously served on the Governor’s Drug Prevention Task Force.

 

Al SantosAlfred Santos
Administrator, Lincoln County Medical Center


Al Santos is a retired U.S. Army Medical Service Corps officer and has more than 30 years of management and broad leadership experience in the healthcare industry as a Chief Operating Officer, Regional Director of Operations and Senior Director of Integrated Health Services Operations.

His experience includes managing and leading facilities in Seoul, South Korea, Arizona, Alabama, Ohio, Oklahoma, Hawaii, Texas, Washington D.C., and Florida including hospitals, clinics, service centers, and health insurance plans. He is Six Sigma black belt trained in quality and process improvement. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

 

Hoyt Skabelund
Administrator, Plains Regional Medical Center 


Hoyt Skabelund joined Presbyterian in 1996 as an Administrative Fellow.

His roles with Presbyterian have included administrator of both Socorro General Hospital and Dr. Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital, Administrative Director of Health Information Management, Presbyterian and Kaseman Hospitals, and Administrative Director, Hospital Admitting/Health Information Management.
