Presbyterian Welcomes Radiation Oncologist

The Cancer Center at Presbyterian is pleased to welcome, Amit Garg, M.D., as radiation oncologist of the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Radiation Treatment Center at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital.
Dr. Garg completed his undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also received a graduate degree in biomedical ethics from Case Western Reserve University and earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He recently finished his residency in oncology at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Garg has authored several publications in the medical community in diverse areas, including breast, prostate and lung cancer.
Dr. Garg is currently seeing patients at the Presbyterian Kaseman campus. Patients can schedule an appointment by asking their primary care physicians for a referral or they can call 559-6100. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
