Presbyterian designed its Executive Excellence program to prepare its emerging leaders for future senior leadership positions within Presbyterian. Over two years, program members are given an overview of all areas of the business and targeted training in the skills necessary to lead. The program includes an action learning project which allows participants to make a key contribution to the organization. Participants receive mentorships from senior leaders and coaching from the program manager.
