Presbyterian Urgent Care Returns To West Side

Rio Rancho, NM – On September 15, Presbyterian Healthcare Services will reopen the doors to its urgent care facility at 4100 High Resort Boulevard, offering West Side residents a neighborhood facility to meet their urgent healthcare needs. "When you can't see your primary care physician and your condition doesn't warrant the Emergency Room, then urgent care is an option," said Dale Anderson, M.D., executive medical director of Presbyterian Medical Group. The urgent care clinic will be open seven days a week from 1 pm to 9 pm. The hours are scheduled to meet the needs of patients beyond business hours and also as an alternative to the Emergency Room. A physician, physician assistant and nurse, as well as x-ray and laboratory technicians will initially staff the center. In addition to urgent care, the High Resort facility offers excellent pediatric, ophthalmology, gynecology, podiatry, audiology and allergy services.
