ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Presbyterian Health Plan has announced that James R. Brown has joined the organization as Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, Brown will oversee the daily operations of the state's leading health plan, which is a division of Presbyterian Healthcare Services, New Mexico's largest and locally owned healthcare system.
