Thomas Roberts Joins Presbyterian Board of Directors

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Presbyterian Healthcare Services is pleased to announce the election of its newest board member, Thomas Roberts, MD. Presbyterian is New Mexico's only private not-for-profit healthcare system and its board members serve as uncompensated volunteers.

Dr. Roberts specializes in infectious diseases at Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine Associates. Currently, he serves as president of the Presbyterian Hospital Medical Staff and president of the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association.

Dr. Roberts is a native New Mexican from Albuquerque who received his bachelor's degree in molecular biology from Haverford College in Haverford, PA and his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Roberts is dual board certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. Dr. Roberts serves as a member for several other creditable organizations such as the American College of Physicians, the Infections Diseases Society of America, the American Medical Association and the Rotary Club of Albuquerque.
