Presbyterian Welcomes Radiation Oncologist

ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- Presbyterian is pleased to welcome Ramesh Gopal, MD, Ph.D as the medical director of The M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Radiation Treatment Center at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital.

Dr. Gopal received training in radiation oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX and is also board-certified in radiation oncology. Dr. Gopal earned his medical degree from Grant Medical College in Bombay, India and his doctoral degree in molecular pharmacology from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Gopal is now accepting patients at The M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Radiation Treatment Center at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital. Patients can schedule an appointment by asking their primary care physicians for a referral or they can call 291-2606. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
