Escarzaga Named Governor-Elect To The New Mexico Chapter Of The American College Of Cardiology

Albuquerque, NM - Presbyterian Heart Group is proud to announce that Monica Escarzaga, MD has been selected as governor-elect for the New Mexico Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (ACC).
Dr. Escarzaga received her medical degree with honors from Yale University and completed her residency in internal medicine at Yale. She completed her fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Boston University Medical Center.
Dr. Escarzaga is board certified in cardiovascular disease and echocardiography. She joined the Presbyterian Heart Group in 2003.
The mission of the American College of Cardiology is to advocate for quality cardiovascular care through education, research promotion, development and application of standards and guidelines and to influence health care policy.
