Presbyterian Central New Mexico Community Board of Trustees Elects New Leadership

The Presbyterian Healthcare Services Central New Mexico Community Board of Trustees has elected Michael DeWitte to serve as chairman of the board and Michael Freccia to serve as vice chairman.
Presbyterian is New Mexico’s only private, not-for-profit healthcare system and its board members serve as uncompensated volunteers.
DeWitte has been a resident of New Mexico for more than 25 years originally from the Chicago area. He currently works as deputy director and senior technical manager at Sandia National Laboratories and is a registered professional engineer. Throughout his career, DeWitte has received the Governor’s 2000 NM Public Service Award and, along with his team, was awarded the NM Society of Professional Engineers 50th Anniversary Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award. Most recently, he was elected to the serve as board member for Central New Mexico Community College. DeWitte also serves as co-chair of the Economic Forum and on the board of directors for the Association of Commerce and Industry.
Freccia is the owner of FINCO, Inc., an agency specializing in employee benefits. He serves as the chairman of the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation and as a member of the Presbyterian Medical Group Executive Council. Freccia also serves the community as president of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra and a board member of the Albuquerque Museum Foundation, St. Joseph’s Foundation and the June Musical Festival.
