Job Shadowing for Nursing Candidates

Part of the "Hire Right" process is making sure that candidates understand the type of work they are applying for and experience the environments where they may be working. 

Part of our interview process involves Job Shadowing. 

Candidates may have the opportunity to observe for a few hours on each of the units which they are interested in to get a feel for the work environment and staff. 

This will help them determine if they are making the right choice for themselves. 

After job shadowing, the interview process continues as the candidate meets with both managers and peers for their interview.
