Presbyterian Recognizes Individuals Dedicated to Excellence (PRIDE)

Each year since 1983, Presbyterian’s PRIDE Committee recognizes outstanding Presbyterian Healthcare Services nurses, including LPNs RNs, Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and graduate nurses practicing who have made a significant contribution to, or impact on the profession.

The goal of the PRIDE program is to enhance the image of professional nursing both within and outside Presbyterian. PRIDE nurses embody PHS values, our journey toward Magnet designation and our commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety. Each year during National Nurses Week we honor those colleagues who contribute to nursing excellence as well as contribute to the Presbyterian’s vision of the future.
