Peer Interviewing

Part of the "Hire Right" process is the Peer Interview during which applicants are interviewed by 3 to 6 of their peers from the unit they are applying to work.

Peers are specially trained to ask questions that encourage applicants to describe previous experiences and behaviors since previous behavior is a good predictor of future behavior.

All of the steps in the interview process are designed to help both the applicant and Presbyterian learn about each other so that the right decision can be made by both parties.
