The Laboratory facilities atPresbyterian Hospital and Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital offer full service medical testing for prevention and/or diagnosis of health related problems and for Disease Management.

Services include:

• Specimen collection
• Specimen handling
• Microbiology/Virology collection instructions
• Processing
• Analyses
• Interpretation
• Reporting of testing results

Specimen Collection And Turnaround Time Expectations

Blood Bank Services provide compatibility testing for transfusions in Emergencies, Surgeries, and other situations. Also included are Autologous and Directed donations for blood needs for patients of each hospital. Specific outpatient treatment services are available as an alternative to being admitted to the hospitals.

In association with Pathology Associates of Albuquerque, TriCore Reference Laboratories, and other PHS facilities, we provide a full range of services to the healthcare providers of New Mexico.
