Neurosurgery

This is a discipline of medicine and that specialty of surgery which provides the operative and non-operative management of the central and peripheral nervous system and its related support structures and blood supply.  Included are the brain, spinal cord, certain glands, tumors, and blood vessels.  They treat patients who have spinal conditions, head/brain trauma and tumors, and certain malformations.
