Presbyterian's Wellness and Disease Management Program is organized by Amy Olcott, RN, BSN, your dedicated registered nurse. Amy is a native New Mexican and has been practicing nursing for over 30 years providing direct patient care as a Director of Nursing, and patient and staff educator. Need help finding a provider? Visit our Provider Directory. As always, you may receive specialty services from Presbyterian physicians without a referral.

National PPO Network
NMRHCA members enrolled in the Premier or Premier Plus Non-Medicare Plan receive in-network benefits outside of New Mexico through our partnership with the national MultiPlan/PHCS network. The MultiPlan/PHCS network has more than 500,000 providers and facilities around the country.  Visit www.phcs.com for a complete listing and more details.  Once you have accessed the MultiPlan/PHCS website, please follow these instructions.

MultiPlan/PHCS Instructions:
Click on this MultiPlan link. Click in the upper right-hand corner, "Search for a Doctor or Facility."            
                                          

Scroll down to the lower box titled "Back of Card."     

Click the first PHCS logo or the Multiplan Triangles to view the extended network.   

Services received from these providers will now be available at the in-network level of benefits.  Benefit Certifications, if applicable, will still be the NMRHCA participant's responsibility.
