Practitioner and Provider Manual

The 2013 Practitioner and Provider Manual is both a resource for essential information and an extension of your contract with Presbyterian.  This manual contains information about Presbyterian programs, policies and procedures for HMO, POS, PPO, ASO, Indemnity, Presbyterian Senior Care, Medicare PPO, Presbyterian Salud and Presbyterian SCI.
