Cheese 'n' Chicken Salad with Lime-Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) container non-fat plain yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- ¾ teaspoon grated lime rind
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked chicken cut in bite-size pieces (white meat)
- 2 cups (8 oz) reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup red or green seedless grape halves
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lime rind and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, grapes and celery; toss with the yogurt dressing.
