Cheese 'n' Chicken Salad with Lime-Yogurt Dressing

 Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container non-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • ¾ teaspoon grated lime rind
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked chicken cut in bite-size pieces (white meat)
  • 2 cups (8 oz) reduced fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup red or green seedless grape halves
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lime rind and salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, grapes and celery; toss with the yogurt dressing.

Yield:

  • 6 servings
