Try this refreshing drink to help replenish carbohydrates and fluids after exercise:

  • 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • ½ cup lemonade

OR

  • 1½ cup raspberry cranberry drink
  • ¾ cup lemonade

Directions:

  1. Pour into a large glass filled with ice.
