Curried Tuna and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup corkscrew pasta noodles, cooked
- 1 medium red apple, cored and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced on the diagonal
- 6½ oz can water-packed tuna, drained
- ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon spicy mustard
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
Directions:
- Place pasta, apple, celery, and tuna in a serving dish; toss together gently.
- Mix yogurt, mustard, and curry powder to form a dressing; fold dressing into tuna mixture and serve chilled for later.
