Curried Tuna and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corkscrew pasta noodles, cooked
  • 1 medium red apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced on the diagonal
  • 6½ oz can water-packed tuna, drained
  • ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder

Directions:

  1. Place pasta, apple, celery, and tuna in a serving dish; toss together gently.
  2. Mix yogurt, mustard, and curry powder to form a dressing; fold dressing into tuna mixture and serve chilled for later.

Yield: 4 servings
