Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake

Milk, peanut butter and banana are blended together to make a thick, satisfying shake perfect for breakfast-on-the-run, or as a nutrition-packed, post-workout snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat-free skim milk
- ½ cup frozen banana slices
- 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
