Orange Apple Salad

This sweet fruit salad can add color to your meal as a side dish or as a dessert. It's also great to have it on hand for a snack or for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1 red apple, unpeeled, cut in bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1-2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • Juice of  ½ fresh lemon (1½ Tbs.)

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients; chill

Yield: About 3 cups (4 servings)

Calorie Content: 100-115 calories
