Orange Apple Salad

This sweet fruit salad can add color to your meal as a side dish or as a dessert. It's also great to have it on hand for a snack or for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 red apple, unpeeled, cut in bite-size pieces
- ½ cup sliced celery
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1-2 Tbs. brown sugar
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon (1½ Tbs.)
Directions:

In bowl, combine all ingredients; chill
Yield: About 3 cups (4 servings)
