Cajun Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons each onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper
  • 1½ teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon each dry thyme leaves, dried oregano leaves
  • 1 1-pound pork tenderloin

Directions

  1. Blend spices in small bowl.
  2. Rub onto pork (some spices may not stick to pork); let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare coals for grilling.
  4. Place pork on grill 4 inches from medium-hot coals.
  5. Grill 15-20 minutes or until inserted meat thermometer reads 155-160°F, turning occasionally.
