Creamy Crab Dip

This creamy spread tastes great on Melba toast or wheat crackers. Make 2 hours before serving and chill. Enjoy the good taste of crabmeat without covering it with heavy dairy fats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 percent cottage cheese
- ½ cup light cream cheese
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green and red pepper
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions

Drain the cottage cheese in a strainer and rinse with water.

Press the curds until they are dry.

Put the cottage cheese into a blender with the cream cheese and blend at high speed until smooth.

Add all other ingredients and stir well.

Chill for at least 2 hours.
