Chocolate Almond Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant chocolate sugar-free pudding
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 envelope whipped topping mix prepared as directed
  • cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Prepare instant chocolate pudding as directed on package, adding almond extract to milk.
  2. Prepare whipped topping. Fold 1 2/3 cup of topping into pudding, reserving remainder.
  3. Spoon into 2-quart mold or individual serving dishes and chill for several hours until firm.
  4. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
