Sunshine Fruit Salad with Honey-Cinnamon Dressing

This easy salad offers the benefits of grapes, kiwi and oranges. The antioxidants and flavonoids provide heart disease protection.  

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges or grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Mixed salad greens

Honey-Cinnamon Dressing

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Arrange fruit on greens.
  2. Top with dressing. Serves 2.
