Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
- Choose see-through glasses for the dessert.
- Layer fruit, then yogurt. Alternate fruit.
- Place a dollop of yogurt on top with a whole strawberry for garnish.

Other fruits work great as well, so experiment and mix and match. Others to try include:
- bananas
- kiwis
- mandarin oranges
- fresh peaches.
Using lemon and other fruit flavored yogurts also adds variety.
