Marinated Vegetable Combo

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw broccoli
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Combine vegetables in a medium bowl.

Mix marinade ingredients in separate bowl.

Pour marinade over vegetables and toss well.

Cover and refrigerate.
Serve this dish with warm, seven-grain rolls. End the meal with a scoop of lemon or raspberry sorbet topped with fresh raspberries and/or blackberries.
