Broccoli with Sesame and Lime

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions:  

  1. In a microwave-safe serving dish, arrange broccoli and ¼ cup water.
  2. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or
    until crisp tender. Drain.
  3. Combine vinegar, water, oil, ginger and
    lime juice.
  4. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
