Broccoli with Sesame and Lime

Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli flowerets
- 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a microwave-safe serving dish, arrange broccoli and ¼ cup water.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or
until crisp tender. Drain. - Combine vinegar, water, oil, ginger and
lime juice. - Pour over broccoli and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
