Breakfast Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low fat granola
  • ¼ cup slivered toasted almonds

Directions:

  1. Toss fresh quartered strawberries and blueberries with 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
  2. Divide yogurt between two cereal bowls.
  3. Top with fruit, granola and almonds.
