Strawberry Yogurt Split

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 4 oz. (1 cup) fresh strawberries
- 4 oz ( ½ cup) vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, toasted almonds
Directions:
- Peel and split 1 banana.
- Place banana halves in serving bowl.
- Top with strawberries, yogurt, and almonds.
Serves 1.

- 312 calories
- 7 grams fat
- 5 mg cholesterol
- 5 grams fiber
- 75 mg sodium
