Good Morning Parfait

Ingredients:
- 6 oz. container low fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup low fat granola cereal
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 4 grapes, cut in half
- ½ kiwi, sliced
Directions:
- Layer half of yogurt in the bottom of a parfait glass or bowl.
- Top with half of granola and half of fruit.
- Repeat layers.
Yield:
1 serving
Each serving provides:
- 380 calories
- 6 grams of fat
- 2 grams of saturated fat
- 10 mg of cholesterol
- 236 mg of sodium
- 290 mg of calcium
