Good Morning Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. container low fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup low fat granola cereal
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 4 grapes, cut in half
  • ½ kiwi, sliced

Directions:

  1. Layer half of yogurt in the bottom of a parfait glass or bowl.
  2. Top with half of granola and half of fruit.
  3. Repeat layers.
