Low-Fat Chunky Banana Spread

Ingredients
- 3 cups fat free cream cheese, softened
- 6 Dole® ripe bananas, peeled and coarsely mashed
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 2¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- Garnish (optional) toasted chopped almonds, chopped dried apricots or sliced banana
- 24-48 toasted bagels or crackers
Directions:
- Mix together cream cheese, bananas and lemon juice until blended
- Stir in apricots, cinnamon and ginger
- Garnish if desired
- Serve with toasted bagels or crackers
Serves 24 servings or 6 cups
