Grilled Summer Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 medium summer squash
  • ¼ tsp, dill and/or lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried summer or winter savory or chili powder

Directions

  1. Slice squash lengthwise into long strips.
  2. Spray each slice of squash with vegetable spray
  3. Place slices directly onto warmed grill
  4. Remove squash from grill when squash is tender but still firm
  5. Place squash in serving dish and sprinkle with dill and/or lemon pepper
