Children's Heart Care

Working with Pediatric Cardiology Associates of New Mexico (PCA), Presbyterian's pediatric cardiology program is the largest in the state.

Nationally, and intrenationally, recognized, over 150 surgeries are performed each year on children with congenital heart defects.

Because of the partnership with PCA, Presbyterian Heart Center is the only hospital in New Mexico to offer Atrial Septal Defect repair using the CardioSEAL in both children and adults. 

Presbyterian Heart Group also has the only pediatric heart surgeon in the state, and is the only hospital in New Mexico performing congenital open heart procedures.
