All directions are from the
Welcome Center, which is the first thing you see from the main entrance.
- Where are the restrooms/water fountains?
Follow Mainstreet to the right
- Where are the Physician offices/201 Cedar?
Go down Mainstreet to the left. You can take either Elevator E or Elevator D on your right.
- Where is the Presbyterian Heart Group?
Go down Mainstreet to the left. Take the POB elevators to the seventh floor.
- Where is Outpatient Admitting?
Follow Mainstreet right to Outpatient Admitting.
- Where is the Tri-Core Lab?
To the left, down Mainstreet, take Elevator D to the 4th Floor and turn left.
- Where is the phone/ATM?
Go straight ahead on Mainstreet past Inpatient Admitting between Subway and the Gift Shop.
- Where is Inpatient Admitting?
Veer right on Mainstreet to Inpatient Admitting.
- Where is the Cardiovascular Lab/Heart Center for heart tests, catheterizations, angiograms? Follow Mainstreet right to the Heart Center at the end of the hall.

- Where is the Gift Shop?
Go straight ahead on Mainstreet past Inpatient Admitting and Subway to the Gift Shop.
- Where can I park?
Please don't park in the circular front drive. Otherwise, you can park anywhere, but the parking structure is the most convenient. It's free.

Where can I get a wheelchair? There are Staxi Self Service wheelchairs at the Welcome Center, which also checks out regular wheelchairs. Volunteer patient escorts are available Monday-Friday 9:30 - 2:30.
- Where's the Emergency Room?
Take Mainstreet right to Lobby Elevator A and go to Sub Level 1.

Where can I get something to eat?
The Food Court Cafeteria is in Sub Level 2; take any elevator down and follow the signs. Staff and visitors can find hot entrees, a salad bar, sandwich board, grille, fruit, snacks and drinks. Hours are:
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and from 4 pm to 2 am
- Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 am to 7:30 pm
There is also a Subway sandwich shop available on the main floor next to the Gift Shop. Hours are:
- Monday to Friday, 6 am - 8 pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm
- Where's the Outpatient Pharmacy?
Follow Mainstreet left, it'll be on your left.
- How do I reach Security?
The red phone at the
Welcome Center
is a direct line.
- I need a Notary Public.
The Mainstreet Supervisor at the
Welcome Center
near the Main Entrance, is a Notary and she can assist you with your related needs.

I need a copy of my health information. To make a request to get a copy of your health records, print and fill out the Patient Information Release form (.pdf). Bring it in to the clinic or hospital where you received service, and we will take care of your request.

What are the visiting hours in the Maternity Ward?
Normally, siblings of newborns may visit 12 pm - 2 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm, but during the Flu season (usually October - May, please call for exact dates) children under 12 are not allowed.

- How can I get Chaplaincy Services ?
Chaplains respond 24 hours a day to the spiritual and religious needs of our patients, visitors, and staff. If you'd like a chaplain to visit, call 841-1191 or dial 0 at the hospital and ask the operator for the Chaplain on Call. The
Hospital Chapel
is to the left of the main entrance.
- I'd like to volunteer at the hospital. The Presbyterian Volunteer Services Program is a part of the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation. More than 500 volunteers give tens of thousands of invaluable hours of service to PHS each year. Call 841-1501 for information.
