Angel Fire
Since 1992, the Moreno Valley Healthcare Clinic has served residents and visitors of Moreno Valley. Located in Angel Fire, the clinic sees patients from Eagle Nest, Angel Fire, Black Lake and surrounding areas. The clinic also sees visitors to Angel Fire Resort, Eagle Nest Lake and nearby recreation. The clinic offers a variety of primary care services under the direction of Dennis Cohen, MD, Board Certified in Family Practice.
Sliding Fee Program
Based upon the family's income, patients may receive care at a reduced rate or free. As a community oriented clinic, we feel it is our duty to see all patients regardless of their ability to pay for services. By providing this sliding fee program we assure that all persons are able to receive health care. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and files most insurance.
Women's Clinic
Every Friday, Family Nurse Practitioner Vicki Parker of Cimarron Healthcare Clinic staffs the Moreno Valley Clinic, providing women's clinics to patients on an appointment basis.

Dennis Cohen, MD
Dennis Cohen, MD, FAAFP (Fellow, American Academy of Family Physicians), has staffed the Moreno Valley Clinic since its 1992 opening. Dr. Cohen was trained at the University of Colorado Medical Center and the University of New Mexico (UNM) School of Medicine. He has also stayed active as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNM. Once a month, Dr. Cohen travels to the UNM Family Practice Center to interact with other family physicians and sharpen his skills. Dr. Cohen's experience and continuing education are an asset to the clinic and the communities we serve.
Martin Andrews, MD
While retired from full-time medical practice in Angel Fire, Dr. Andrews remains active by serving as back-up physician at the Moreno Valley Clinic. Dr. Andrews is a well respected diagnostician and a friend to many area residents. Dr. Andrews is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Family Practice and founder of the OPEN ARMS FREE CLINIC, which provides health care service to those persons unable to pay for care. Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a strong supporter of this program.
