Both patients and non-patients have access to on-site laboratory and diagnostic services.

The clinic is accredited by The Joint Commission, the nation's predominant standard-setting and accrediting body health care.

Plains Regional Medical Group physicians are available by appointment from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call (575) 769-7577 to schedule an appointment.

Diagnostic Services at the Plains Regional Medical Group building are available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Blood tests, EKGs and X-rays are available on a walk-in basis. Mammograms and Bone density exams are available by appointment only. Please call 769-6313 to schedule an appointment.

Walk-In Clinic Services are available for less serious illness and minor injuries when your primary care physician is unavailable. The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday though Friday. After 6 p.m., please call 769-7577 to confirm availability of walk-in hours.
