Life Masters  

If you are enrolled in Presbyterian's Diabetes or Coronary Artery Disease program, LifeMasters® Online can help you keep track of your vital signs. It can also help to communicate significant changes to your care provider. Presbyterian members with other chronic conditions can find information and tracking tools for diseases such as Asthma, Hypertension, COPD, Depression, and Heart Failure. The tools are designed to help you track your information, privately and securely with the following:

  • A Personal Medical Record
  • A Health Report
  • A Health Calendar
  • A Vital Signs tool
  • A Medications tool

 

Your Presbyterian ID card Just Became More Valuable
Presbyterian has partnered with BenefitSource and Vision Service Plan (VSP) to bring you new, member-only discounts for alternative medicine and vision services. There is nothing to sign and no hidden charges, so you can take advantage of these discounts today. Simply present your Presbyterian Member ID card to a participating provider to receive pay-as-you-go services at discounts from 15% to 35%.

The discounts described are neither offered nor guaranteed by either Presbyterian Health Plan Inc, or Presbyterian Insurance Company, Inc. Questions or concerns should be directed BenefitSource and Vision Service Plan (VSP)

 

  • Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Discounts
    In addition to the benefits covered under your Presbyterian medical plan, all Presbyterian Commercial and Administrative Services Only members have access to discounted acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy services through BenefitSource. Information on these discounted services is available at BenefitSource online or by calling BenefitSource at (505) 237-1501, toll-free at 1-888-862-8659.
  • Vision Discounts - Vision Service Plan (VSP) Access Plan
    In addition to any benefits covered under your Presbyterian medical plan, all Presbyterian Commercial and Administrative Services Only members (ASO)* can receive discounts on eye exams, glasses, contact lens exams, and Laser Surgery (LASIK and PRK) through VSP's Access Plan. Information on these discounted services is available at VSP online or by calling VSP at 1-800-877-7195.

*The VSP Access Plan is not available to Presbyterian employees or to Presbyterian members who are currently enrolled in a Presbyterian/VSP vision rider program.

Fraud and Abuse
The Presbyterian Health Plan and Presbyterian Insurance Company's Special Investigative Unit (SIU) is responsible for the detection, investigation and reporting of potential fraud and abuse activity. We are required to cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement agencies in reporting any activity that appears to be suspicious in nature. According to the law, any information that we have concerning such matters must be turned over to the appropriate governmental agencies. Find out more.
