Ticket Buying Guide

Q. My friends and I want to purchase a table (10 tickets) or part of a table (2-9 tickets) for Laughter so we can sit together. How can we do that?

A. Great idea! It's so easy to go with a group of friends:

  1. Designate a contact person to fill out the ticket form request, listing each party with his/her method of payment.
    • Note – If you want to receive a letter for a tax deductible contribution, your check must be made out to the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation
  3. Collect payments, whether cash, credit cards or check or any combination thereof.
  4. Contact person should bring form and payments to Foundation office in the Presbyterian Hospital lobby opposite Subway.
  5. Contact person will receive all tickets, fact sheets and parking tickets for distribution
  6. Each ticket purchaser will receive a letter for their tax deductible contribution from the Foundation


At the time of purchase, whether group or individual, seating assignments for dinner and the Kiva theatre are reserved electronically.

Adding individuals to an existing group or ticket for seating proximity is not possible.

Make sure your group is complete at the time you order and pay for the tickets.


 

Q. What happens if I buy one ticket?

A. You will be assigned a dinner table and seat in the Kiva. Most likely you will have a delightful evening laughing with your new friends.

Q. When will I get my tickets?

A. Tickets will be postmarked by mid-August.

Q. What if I don't have my tickets by August 26?

A. Please call (505) 724-6586.

Remember: When you buy your ticket(s), your seating assignments for dinner and the Kiva theatre are reserved electronically. We cannot add individuals to an already purchased group of tickets or arrange to sit you next to someone who has already purchased their ticket.
