About the Children's Medical Center at Presbyterian

Strong medical leadership, board-certified pediatric specialists, and skilled pediatric nursing staff work together to continuously improve patient outcomes and maintain an environment of family-centered care. 

The Children’s Medical Center at Presbyterian offers:

• 64 beds in a Level III Neonatal Care Unit designated solely for the care of most at-risk newborns
• 64 beds for healthy newborns
• 50 beds to care for children from toddlers to teens
• More than 50 pediatricians and pediatric specialists
• 17 specialty medical services, including pediatric cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology and and pulmonary
• Six different surgical subspecialties, including New Mexico’s only pediatric heart surgery services
