Flu Shot Availability for Presbyterian Health Plan Members
Presbyterian Health Plan has contracted with several pharmacies for flu vaccination. If you receive your pharmacy benefits through Presbyterian Health Plan present your membership card to receive a seasonal flu shot at no charge at the pharmacies listed below. In addition to these pharmacies, your doctor's office may provide flu shots as well.
