A scale to track your weight and send information to your app
Programs are all by phone or online, making it convenient for everybody.
All year, this online and phone program may reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes. The program is offered by Good Measures in association with the American Diabetes Association® for people with prediabetes or certain risk factors. This program helps you:
Connect with your coach and participate in your classes
Your coach gets to know you and helps you make small changes based on they way you want to live and foods you like.
Track food and activity with the app
Use the Good Measures Index to see how well your foods are meeting your needs. Get suggestions for the best things to eat next.
Start seeing results and feeling great!
Celebrate each small victory with your coach along the way!
