​Bone health is critical for an active and independent life, but many people wait until they have a broken bone before taking action. Join Presbyterian and American Bone Health to learn how to build a roadmap for better bone health and infromation on exercises, nutrition and Osteoporosis prevention. This event is free of charge, and light refreshments will be served.
