Presbyterian Healthcare Services exists to improve the health of the patients, members, and communities we serve. In support of this critical mission and as part of a requirement of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Presbyterian is in the process of completing a community health assessment and community health improvement plan in each of the counties where we serve the most patients. With your help, we are identifying strategies to address community health priorities in your community. Please join us and share your ideas to help improve the health of our community. Refreshments will be provided.
